We offer flat rate Shipping across United States of America on all Online Orders, free delivery if you are in Jacksonville and Orange Park; contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org before you place an order. At this time we are unable to take orders from APO’s, PO Boxes, Hawaii and Alaska.
Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States and Canada as we are getting sell from both.
When USPS receives a order for delivery , they scan the barcode on the label to ship the product in the address in file. When they click deliver, they are not responsible for your mistake as well as Fem Chela.

It is best to always track your order, double check your address, if de delivery day has pass, you can go or call them to see what the can do for you.
When USPS returns an undeliverable package they consider their job done 😔 That means USPS can’t refund Fem Chela LLC, and the label can’t be used again. We apologize we weren’t able to successfully create the right label for your package. We are responsible to pay for another one with right address to ship your product to you free of charge.
